My daughter and I went duck hunting on Lake Monroe, near our home. It was the worst 1st trip for her. Snowy, Windy, and 21 degrees. I felt so bad for her as she cried, and I paddled back to the car as fast as I could. She said she hates Winter and won't be sledding at her cousin's this Christmas. :) |
My brother Hart, nephew JR and myself left our little home town in Colorado early one Saturday morning and headed for the high country to put our brand new canoe in as many bodies of water as we could in one day. We were able to dip it into three lakes and a river before we tired out for the day around 4pm. And what a day it was! |
